Job description

You will be responsible for answering any request for information on the Telephone Legal Assistance Lines in relation to Common and Civil Law matters. You will be responsible to ensure the requests are treated promptly and that the answers are professional and correct in law.

We ensure that every caller in need of assistance is tended to by providing excellent service and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Helping others is our main mission here at Assistenza.


  • Bilingual French and English (oral and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in law
  • Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar and/or of another Canadian jurisdiction
