Terms & conditions

The Provider must commit:

  • To act professionally and with due diligence and care when providing services under this contract.
  • To maintain professional and liability insurance and to name Assistenza as a third-party covered by said insurance.
  • To have no unauthorized communication with Assistenza clientele other than required in the present contract.
  • To respect all intellectual property and privacy rights of Assistenza, its customers and the individual beneficiaries of the services provided by the supplier, including and without limitation any patent, copyright, trademark or personal information of any third party.
  • To execute the service in a way that will not jeopardize the reputation of Assistenza.
  • All personal information collected in the provision of service will remain confidential.
  • No information collected from Assistenza and/or its customers will be re-used without prior authorization in writing from Assistenza.
  • To advise Assistenza of any changes in services and/or price prior to rendering service.
  • The above criteria will be upheld beyond the duration of this contract.
  • To indemnify, defend and hold harmless Assistenza, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, consultants and contractors from and against any and all loss, costs, penalties, fines, damages, claims, expenses (including attorney’s fees or liabilities arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with the services contemplated by this contract.
